He is a qualified attorney based in Kelspruth, Mpumalanga, holding a B.Proc from the University of the Free State. His career began as a Public Prosecutor before he became a Partner at Lokas Louw & Bester and later a Director at Kruger and Partners Attorneys. He specializes in litigation, with a practice focused on personal injury, Road Accident Fund claims, medical negligence, estates, and criminal matters in both the Magistrates’ and High Courts.

Maritz
A qualified attorney and conveyancer, he practices in Nelspruit and holds an LLB from the University of Pretoria. Having previously worked at Barnard & Khan Attorneys, he now holds a position at Kruger and Partners Attorneys. His work is primarily focused on conveyancing—managing property transfers, bonds, and sectional titles—while also conducting correspondent litigation for Magistrates’ and High Court cases.
Petrus Johannes
Du Preez
He holds a B.Comm and a B.Proc from the University of South Africa. His career began in the Planning Department at South African Airways before he transitioned to law. He has been a long-standing partner and is now a director at the firm Marc, Pugheter & Kruger, which became Kruger and Partners Inc. His practice focuses on commercial law, including international and gambling law, liquor license applications, town planning, land claims, and matrimonial matters.

He is a Director at Kruger and Partners Inc. Attorneys and holds the Right of Appearance in the High Court of South Africa. He studied at PU for CHE (now North-West University). His legal practice is broad, encompassing civil litigation in both the Magistrates’ and High Courts, family law, collections, contracts, criminal litigation, and providing legal opinions.
